Talk about an ungrateful, gimme-gimme, lazy, racist, hypocritical turd. This lady lives in a nice apartment FOR FREE but gets the media to whine about utility payments, because she refuses to work. She’s only worked one year in her life. Get her off the dole, tell her to get a JOB like the rest of us, and stop stealing from other people by way of unreasonable and stupid taxes. Tax monies should go to the police, teachers, firemen, and other necessary things, and a few agencies to help people get good jobs so they can help themselves. Instead of having to give ungrateful people fish, teach grateful people how to fish. These kind of people though, shouldn’t get a penny. Not only is it stealing, but the audacity of the “gimme gimme” mindset–when she deserves non of it–is sickening. Look at their hateful eyes in the photo. She’s screaming that they won’t let everyone in, and yet it’s a first-come, first-serve basis for this public hearing. They can’t let everyone in. The reasons for not letting everyone else in has nothing to do with race. But trying to reason with such an insane person is futile.

Just some more snotty brats who know nothing about communication law. An article on FoxNews.com from the Associated Press, “3 Ohio Teens Sue High School for Facebook ‘Parody’ IDing Teacher as Pedophile,” describes how “Three teenagers have sued school officials over lengthy suspensions they received for setting up a Facebook page that identifies a teacher as a pedophile.”:

“They’re not saying it’s true, they’re saying it’s just parody,” the students’ attorney, Marc Mezibov, said Friday.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? This guy is an attorney? That’s libel, not a parody. A parody is a SNL skit done about a public figure, not a ludicrous, malicious lie.

The boys were suspended from Taylor High School for the maximum 90 days for creating the entry in November. They’ve served 10 days and were told the rest of the punishment would begin Jan. 2, when classes resume after the holiday break.

U.S. District Judge Susan Dlott ordered school officials to let them return pending a hearing on the lawsuit Jan. 10.

“Each of the boys has written an apology to the teacher and questioned whether they exercised their best judgment,” their attorney, Marc Mezibov, said Friday.

They should do more than “question whether they exercised their best judgment,” they should apologize and pay restitution. The teacher should sue the students in civil court. This is libel, plain and simple, if it’s not true, which apparently it isn’t.

The students want to be reinstated, their disciplinary actions deleted from their records and the district ordered to pay their attorney fees and unspecified damages.

There have similar cases across Ohio and the country, said Scott Greenwood, an American Civil Liberties Union attorney. Courts have ruled that students can’t be punished by schools for such off-campus acts and that such suspensions violate free speech, he said.

This is just another example of judicial activism. The courts are to reasonable interpret law and also help balance and keep a check on the other two, just like they should keep a check on the courts. Freedom of speech is not absolute and no serious communication professor, judge, or attorney will disagree with that. There’s copyright, libel, slander (which both need to prove actual malice), obscenity, and invasion of privacy, to name a few. All of these are carefully considered by real judges. Only a morally inept judge or attorney would argue that students can call their teachers pedophiles, therefore engaging in libel about them because it’s not true, and get away with it.

All this hoopla about Mike Huckabee is a joke. Why? Just go to any conservative or liberal magazines, blogs, or even pick up a newspaper and see why. Educate yourself. Huckabee is lauded as some conservative, but he’s for higher taxes, soft on crime (he once even let a rapist out of jail, who later killed a woman), and is for porous and uncontrollable borders. But it’s not just conservatives who have a problem with him. Liberals point out that Huckabee once advocated rounding up people with AIDS and locking them up, even though AIDS is not transmitted through the air which might justify a quarantine; it requires sexual or IV/blood contact to transmit. Liberals also point out that Huckabee has even refused to sign off on aid for disaster relief for victims of a natural disaster.

It’s awesome that Huckabee is pro-life and wants to expand children’s healthcare (as long as it’s done the right way). Abortion is disgusting and the killing of an innocent human being. Huckabee is, in fact, a conservative in other ways, such as supporting punishment of murderers, and having a personal faith which may affect policies as long as it doesn’t establish a national religion (one reason America was founded was so that people could not be persecuted for worshipping their way, and a national religion is unconstitutional). But Romney, Guiliani, Thompson, and even… I can’t believe I’m saying it, but even Ron Paul would be a better choice.

Here’s a few reasons why NOT to support Huckabee. Some of the links are to conservative blogs, while others are links to liberal blogs. I don’t agree with everything on their sites, especially the anti-Christian bias on the Huffington Post. But we can still take the few rational points they make to learn more.

Huckabee has unethically given state jobs to people who gave him gifts.

He’s for open and uncontrollable borders, where we don’t know who is crossing the border (including those from terrorist-sponsoring states like Syria) and is for letting people jump to the head of the line just because they broke the law, instead of having them wait like everyone else who immigrated legally. He’s even compared people who oppose uncontrolled and illegal immigration as members of the KKK, trying to make it into a racial issue and using ad hominem attacks instead of debating rationally. He has recently flip-flopped, contradicting what he did as governor. I don’t trust it.

He also said that he’s the best candidate to fight islamic fascism, simply because he has a theology degree. I’m not making this up.

Huckabee is for big government and a nanny state. He imposed a 47% tax increase on Arkansas taxpayers when he was governor.

Huckabee advocated rounding up people with AIDS so they couldn’t infect everyone else. The biggest problem is that AIDS can’t be transferred by normal contact but only by sexual contact, IV drug use, or if a person with an open wound was playing a sport, for example. I don’t know anyone with AIDS (that I know of) but I don’t think we should treat them like animals just because they have the disease. Rounding up people with a disease that is NOT like some superflu bug that can travel through the air but has to be passed in specific ways is crazy. See here and here.

Huckabee also “refused to sign off on disaster relief legislation that would have prevented insurance companies from weaseling out of their claims, because catastrophic weather events were referred to as ‘acts of God.’” Why not help people after a natural disaster?

Huckabee was directly involved in letting convicted rapist Wayne Dumond out of jail. Dumond was 35 and already suspected in a rape and a murder, but the charges didn’t stick. Duman raped a 17-year-old teenager. Even BILL CLINTON refused to grant him clemency. Huckabee, on the other hand, let him out of jail. After getting out of jail, Dumond went on to murder one and possibly two women. See Seattle Times’ story here.

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - President Hugo Chavez suffered a stunning defeat Monday in a referendum that would have let him run for re-election indefinitely and impose a socialist system in this major U.S. oil provider.
Voters defeated the sweeping measures Sunday by a vote of 51 percent to 49 percent, said Tibisay Lucena, chief of the National Electoral Council, with voter turnout at just 56 percent.

She said that with 88 percent of the votes counted, the trend was irreversible.

Opposition supporters shouted with joy as Lucena announced the results on national television early Monday, their first victory against Chavez after nine years of electoral defeats.

UPDATE: Unborn child died after attack, as well as one of the women. He is also the suspect in an execution of two employees at a gas station nearby.

Lake Wales, Florida - The suspect in a Polk County triple attempted murder has surrerendered to sheriff’s deputies.   Investigators say he set fire to an insurance business in Lake Wales.

Two women were burned, and one man shot during the attempted robbery.   One of the women is pregnant.  The women are now at a burn center in Orlando. 

Davis has a long criminal history in Polk County, and was just released from jail on December 3rd.

Leon Davis Jr., whose 30th birthday is Friday, surrended at a Polk County Sheriff’s Office station off Thompson Nursery Road, according to Lake Wales police.

Police said Davis is an Eagle Lake city employee who lives in the South Winter Haven area off of Cypress Gardens Boulevard. 

The women were Jane Lucino, 23, who is six months pregnant, and Yvonne Bustamonte, 26, said Scott Headley, owner of the Nationwide Insurance business were the attack occurred.

“I can’t imagine someone can do something so cruel,” Headley said.

The two women are sisters-in-law, said Angela Tores, the former office manager and a cousin of Bustamonte.

She said Davis seemed like a nice man.

Davis came in last week and cancelled his policy, although she did not know why, Tores said.

Headley said Bustamonte, who has worked for him for nine years, and Lucino, who has worked for him for two years, were airlifted to an Orlando Hospital.

Headley said they were airlifted to a hospital in Orlando.

A witness who would only give her name as Fran said one of the women was also shot in the hand, although she did not know which one.

The injured man was identified as Brandon Griessman, 33, and the father of five children, by Fran.

Griessman was being treated at Lake Wales Medical Center tonight and is expected to be released. He is expected to go to Lakeland Regional Medical Center on Friday for corrective surgery.

Police said they received a call about the assault at 3:39 this afternoon.

Sgt. Joe Elrod said the robber entered the Nationwide Insurance office at 124 W. Central Ave. and demanded money from the two women there.

Headley said, that when the robber did not get enough money, he became frustrated, threw gas on the women and set them on fire.

What a sickening, evil animal. This turd set two women on fire, one who was pregnant. The one article mentions he has a long criminal history. Let’s look that up at polksheriff.org:

I’m just waiting for the liberals to somehow blame society for this, instead of the sick perpetrator of this crime. I can’t believe he was employed by a city. This reminds me of the time in one of my graduate classes when a woman brought in an article whining about how a violent criminal was in jail and not able to be with his family. Or when I told the joke, “so a liberal walks up to a person recently beaten by someone. The liberal asks, ‘where did the person go who did this’? The victim replies, ‘that way. why? are you going to call the police to catch him?’ The liberal replies, ‘no, I am going to find him, and help him.’”

Instead of helping the victim, liberals are obsessed with “helping” the criminal by not having even “tough love” for people who still have a chance but instead coddling them, reinforcing their violent and selfish behavior. I told that joke to a liberal once, a fine arts librarian at a local public library who just sat around all day on the job, and she replied, “yeah, they do need help.” She didn’t get the joke.

This is no laughing matter. This sick turd needs to go away for life. Triple attempted murder may not keep him there as long as if he had murdered them, it should. The damage he has done deserves for him to be put away for the rest of his life. Sickening.

Friends and classmates of a 16-year-old girl who police say was murdered by her devout Muslim father in a Toronto suburb told local media Tuesday she was killed for not wearing a hijab.
Police said in a statement they received an emergency call at 7:55 am local time Monday from “a man who indicated that he had just killed his daughter.”

The victim, Aqsa Parvez, was “rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries, but tragically passed away late last night.”

Her father, Muhammad Parvez, 57, was arrested at the scene and will be formally charged with murder when he appears in court Wednesday, said police.

Just another example of “honor killings” that began in the Middle East but now have spread to the West. Sickening.

It seems like Muslims immigrating to North America and Europe want to run the countries they moved to into using some sort of Sharia law.

More Islamic wackos want to kill someone else who offended them by doing hardly anything. This time, a British teacher in Sudan let a child named Mohammed name her teddy bear after himself. Naming a teddy bear “Mohammed” is apparently so offensive that Muslims have called for her murder by firing squad.
