Hillary Clinton and Barbara Boxer vs. Free Speech

Friday, June 22nd, 2007

Drudge linked to an interesting investigative piece that shows that 9 out of 10 of “journalists” who donated to political campaigns donated to Democrats. Surprise, surprise.

Now after hearing how talk radio in part helped inform the public about the idiotic shamnesty bill that congress tried to pass, some senators want to curb the freedom of speech of talk radio hosts in order to make the public less informed about the political process! So they can attempt to hoodwink the American public into accepting shamnesty, since if we have an open debate about it it’s obviously not going to pass. We need border security with a huge concrete fence, not reward criminals.

Since conservative talk radio is MUCH more popular to say the least than leftist talk radio, the markets have shown that conservative talk radio is more successful. No big deal. Conservative senators are not out calling for CNN to be banned and other liberal outlets to be curtailed simply because they dislike their bias. But we have two leftist senators–Barbara Boxer and Hillary Clinton, calling for “legislative fix” for talk radio! This is unconstitutional! The government cannot censor things just because they disagree with them. There are exceptions to free speech, such as defamation, libel, slander, false light, obscenity, but none of these apply. These two anti-free speech leftist Senators want to curb the freedom of speech of talk radio hosts because they disagree with them! What a bunch of fascist pigs!

Hear the radio interview.

Barack Obama: Just Another Liberal

Tuesday, June 19th, 2007

I knew Obama was liberal but not this liberal, leftist, in terms of abortion is expected to be able to toe the lockstep leftism of abortion on demand, but crime and punishment in regards to gands and pedophiles was a surprise as the media often portrays him as a moderate which he’s not. Check out the article from Human Events.

One example:

He voted against a bill that would add penalties for crimes committed as a part of gang activity and against a bill that would make it a criminal offense for accused gang members, free on bond or probation, to associate with other gang members. In 1999, he was the only state senator to oppose a bill that prohibited early prison release for criminal sexual offenders.

Alert! North American Union Aims to Erase Borders!

Sunday, June 17th, 2007

This is a year old but still good information on Bush’s idiocy when it comes to illegal immigration and his plan to erase our border! Check it out at Human Events, an article titled, “North American Union to Replace USA?” by Jerome R. Corsi. I heard about the “North American Union” from a person on our Common Sense Journal myspace, saying that Bush doesn’t seem to concerned with illegal immigration and if we’ve heard of North American Union. Read the article from the link! Here’s a few quotes:

President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration’s true open borders policy.

Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA politically, setting the stage for a North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.

President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.

The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled “Building a North American Community” published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration’s actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union.

This is insane.

Discovering connections like this between the CFR recommendations and Bush administration policy gives credence to the argument that President Bush favors amnesty and open borders, as he originally said. Moreover, President Bush most likely continues to consider groups such as the Minuteman Project to be “vigilantes,” as he has also said in response to a reporter’s question during the March 2005 meeting with President Fox.

Why doesn’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won’t do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect America’s sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?

Ann Coulter’s Article Showing Bush’s Illegal Immigration Idiocy

Wednesday, June 13th, 2007

I found this on a myspace forum… this is an outrage, that illegal aliens are given hundreds of thousands of dollars of money from hard working tax payers! Disgusting and sick!

Why should illegals get paid for illegally entering a country???? Let alone hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money! That’s stealing from hardworking people to pay illegals! Sick! Insane!

People who are injured by illegals should sue the federal government for

1. not enforcing our border

2. not expelling illegals

3. “catch and release” of illegals which, in some areas, let illegals go on no bail many times before keeping them in jail

4. ignoring national sovereignty and borders

5. letting illegals skip to the head of the line of law abiding people from other countries like China, India, many with advanced degrees. Anyone can pick an orange, not anyone is an engineer, a doctor, a scientist.

Read this but it will make you very mad.

‘No Drug Smuggler Left Behind!’
by Ann Coulter

President Bush was so buoyed by the warm reception he was given in Albania that he immediately gave all 3 million Albanians American citizenship, provided they learn Spanish. The offer was withdrawn when Bush found out most Albanians haven’t broken any U.S. laws.

Bush keeps claiming he’s dying to enforce the border, but he just can’t do it unless we immediately grant amnesty to 12 million illegal aliens. I wonder if that worked on Laura Bush:

Laura: George, it’s time you quit drinking.

George: OK, honey, let’s discuss it over cocktails.

How about Bush enforce the border and then we’ll discuss his amnesty plan?

He assures us that granting amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants already here won’t inspire millions more to run across the border because … he’s going to put infrared lights at the border!

Well, that’s a relief. What precisely will infrared lights do again? This is worse than those fake cameras they sell at hardware stores to make it look like you have cameras outside your house. We still need something or someone — say, a wall or a Border Patrol agent — to stop the Mexicans illegally crossing the border as we watch them on the infrared cameras.

Bush won’t build a wall and he keeps prosecuting law enforcement officers who stop illegal border crossers. But trust him: He’ll get right on that border enforcement business as soon as we grant amnesty to 12 million illegal aliens.

Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean are normally the sort of Mexican-Americans Bush would tear up at while promoting amnesty for illegal aliens. Both served in the military and are taxpaying, law-abiding citizens. They’ve been risking their lives as Border Patrol agents for years.

Ramos was nominated for Border Patrol Agent of the Year in 2005. His nomination received a major setback when the Bush administration decided to put him in prison instead. Ramos and Compean are now serving more than 10 years apiece in solitary confinement for chasing a drug-running illegal alien back to Mexico.

Bush’s pal, U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, gave immunity to a Mexican drug dealer hauling a million dollars worth of drugs across the border so that the drug dealer could testify against two Border Patrol agents who shot him in the buttocks.

The border patrol agents were presumed guilty of an unlawful shooting because they neglected to fill out the proper paperwork. For busting a cap in the butt of a drug courier crossing the border illegally — who was so mortally wounded that he proceeded to scamper back to Mexico — they were supposed to spend five hours filling out paperwork. This is what the Bush administration means when it talks about a “cover-up.” As U.S. prosecutor Debra Kanof said, “You have to report any discharge of a firearm.”

Intriguingly, Kanof also says: “The Border Patrol pursuit policy prohibits the pursuit of someone.” (Hence, the oft-heard warning of the border agent in hot pursuit, “Stop or I’ll … do absolutely nothing!”) Can we apply this rule to meter maids and tax collectors? At least now border agents will be able to watch the illegal aliens they can’t pursue on infrared cameras!

But wait — that’s not all! The Border Patrol agents also exceeded the speed limit. “In order to exceed the speed limit,” Kanof said, “you have to get supervisor approval, and they did not.” It’s just so hard to fill out a written request to exceed the speed limit when you’re off-roading at 65 mph. There’s a whispering campaign suggesting that Ramos and Compean failed to use their turn signal.

As I understand it, you’re also supposed to not cross the border illegally from Mexico with a van full of drugs. But the Bush administration has no interest in enforcing those laws. Ninety-eight percent of illegal aliens captured crossing the border illegally are not prosecuted. Those drugs are doing the job American drugs just won’t do!

The Bush administration pulls out the big guns only for serious violations like a Border Patrol officer not filling out paperwork.

In addition to giving the illegal alien drug smuggler full immunity to testify against U.S. Border Patrol agents, the government gave him taxpayer-funded medical care for his buttocks wound, an unconditional border-crossing card, the right to sue the U.S. for “civil rights” violations, and a GAP gift card. The drug runner is also on the short-list to replace Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.

He’s now suing the U.S. for $5 million, but the Bush administration is hoping to bargain him down to $10 million.

That border-crossing card came in handy when the winged illegal alien brought in another load of drugs a short eight months later — for which he has still not been charged, nearly two years later. Who does he think he is? Rep. William Jefferson?

Bush’s pal Sutton keeps defending his decision to prosecute Border Patrol agents for paperwork violations, rather than an illegal alien for drug trafficking, on the grounds that the drug dealer has not been charged with any crimes. Let’s see, whose job is it to charge that Mexican drug runner with a crime? Why, I believe that would be Johnny Sutton!

Maybe Sutton was too busy prosecuting another Mexican-American law enforcement officer for trying to stop illegal aliens from crossing our border. Deputy Sheriff Gilmer Hernandez shot at the tires of a van full of illegal aliens, inadvertently wounding one of them. Sutton prosecuted Hernandez. The government proceeded to give the illegal aliens green cards and $100,000 each.

I didn’t realize “living in the shadows” meant in the shadows of palm trees around the pools at taxpayer-funded houses.

Illegal aliens might want to rethink Bush’s amnesty plan. The only Hispanics Bush seems to prosecute are the ones who are law-abiding U.S. citizens.

The Demon in the Freezer by Richard Preston Book Review

Wednesday, June 13th, 2007

I recently finished The Demon in the Freezer by Richard Preston. Another fine example of narrative journalism, Preston uses exclusive interviews and a storytelling to talk about the issues of biological threats of Anthrax and Smallpox. The smallpox part is really frightening, how a group of heroic scientists eradicated smallpox, but how there are still stores of it in Russia and the CDC. While the CDC used it to try to find a new possible vaccine, Russia has not divulged how much it has and is often very secretive. It may be found in other places in the world as well–we just don’t know.

Smallpox is a horrifying disease and anyone who would release or manufacture such a biological agent as a form of a weapon is pure evil. God forbid that ever to happen.

The Men Who Stare at Goats by Jon Ronson Book Review

Wednesday, June 13th, 2007

I finished The Men Who Stare at Goats by journalist and documentarian Jon Ronson the other day. What a good book, nice narrative journalism. There’s some very disturbing information in there as well. It’s basically about how a few people in the military believed and some still believe in New Age phenomena. It does take a swipe at believing in God in one or two sentences, but besides that it’s a great book that mocks the strange and odd beliefs of some in the military who think that it’s possible to walk through walls and kill goats by just staring at them. There’s a lot of disturbing info, from the torture of Abu Graib detainees to even a martial arts instructor in Florida who trained one of the Sept. 11 hijackers. That instructor still considers that murdering hijacker “like a son.” Sick. He trained the hijackers combat to take over the plane, but I assume he didn’t know the plan then, otherwise he’d be in jail.

I saw on Google Video a documentary by Ronson on Ruby Ridge, and how the media including Bill Maher spinned the story. Maher even compared the kid who was murdered by the federal agent as he ran away, to a dog. What an evil person. If you don’t recall, Maher also mocked the death of Steve Irwin when he died.

If you’re not familiar with the Ruby Ridge story, while I am no fan of white supremacists (the family was NOT white supremacists, they just knew some and lived by some), or fan of any racist no matter what color they are, the man was entrapped with selling a sawed off shotgun to an undercover agent. An FBI sniper later killed his wife when she was unarmed and just opening the front door. Sick and evil. I support law enforcement, both local and federal, but when those same law enforcement murders a kid as he runs away, murdered in the back by an automatic weapon, or when a sniper murders a woman as she holds her baby, then that’s murder and those agents should be in jail. Those in authority should be held to a HIGHER standard instead of a lower standard.

It’s a great book. Check it out.

Animals Murder and Rape Hugh Newsom and Channon Christian

Tuesday, June 12th, 2007

This is sick and evil. I hope those responsible get the death penalty. According to a Wikipedia Summary which cites and links to various news articles:

Hugh Christopher Newsom, Jr., 23, and Channon Gail Christian, 21, were a couple from Knoxville, Tennessee. They were murdered, and according to the grand jury both the man and woman were raped after being kidnapped early on the morning of January 7, 2007. Their vehicle had been carjacked.

Hugh Newsom and Channon Christian

Christian and Newsom had gone on a date at a local restaurant on Saturday, January 6, 2007, but did not return home. During their drive, the couple was “hijacked, bound and blindfolded and taken back to Lemaricus Devall ‘Slim’ Davidson’s rented house on Chipman Street.”
Christian’s parents found her abandoned Toyota 4-Runner two blocks away from the Chipman Street house on Monday, with the help of her mobile phone provider. An envelope recovered from the vehicle yielded fingerprint evidence that led police to Lemaricus Davidson and 2316 Chipman Street. When police went to the address on Tuesday, January 9, they found the home unoccupied and Christian’s body in a trash can in the kitchen. According to the Grand Jury Presentment, Christian was raped vaginally, orally, and anally, and Newsom was raped anally. Vanessa Coleman told police that “she witnessed Christian’s mouth being cleaned with a bottle of some type of cleaner,” in an attempt to remove DNA evidence. Coleman also said that she had seen “clothes that were stained with blood and smelled of gas being put in the washing machine at the house.”Newsom’s body was found adjacent to railroad tracks in East Knoxville the next afternoon.

This is one of the most evil and disgusting things I have ever heard of in my life. Here are the murderer-rapists:

George Geovonni “Detroit” Thomas, 27, faces a total of 46 charges. Thomas was indicted on 16 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts of premeditated murder, 2 counts of especially aggravated robbery, 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft.

Lemaricus Devall “Slim” Davidson, 25, (b. June 13, 1981) faces a total of 46 charges. Davidson was indicted on 16 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts of premeditated murder, 2 counts of especially aggravated robbery, 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft. Davidson had completed serving a five-year sentence in Tennessee on a previous felony conviction for carjacking and aggravated robbery on August 5, 2006.

Letalvis “Rome” Cobbins, 24, (b. December 20, 1982) faces a total of 46 charges. Cobbins was indicted on 16 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts of premeditated murder, 2 counts of especially aggravated robbery, 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft. In 2003, Cobbins was convicted of third-degree attempted robbery in New York state. He and Davidson are brothers.

Vanessa Coleman, 18, was arrested by police in Lebanon, Kentucky. She faces 40 Tennessee state charges. Coleman was indicted on 12 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 1 count of premeditated murder (of Christian only), 1 count of especially aggravated robbery (of Newsom only), 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft.

Further, Eric DeWayne “E” Boyd, 34, was arrested in connection with the fatal carjacking, but only faces federal charges as an accessory after the fact for helping his “friends” get out of town. He was not indicted by the Knox County grand jury. Boyd was accused by Thomas and Cobbins, below, of rape and murder, and a search warrant was obtained for Boyd’s DNA.

animals

According to one e-mail report which was confirmed by Snopes.com, “The animals pictures below car-jacked, then raped Christopher Newsom, cut off his penis, then set him on fire and fatally shot him several times while they forced his girlfriend, Channon Christian, to watch. Channon Christian was beaten and gang-raped in many ways for four days by all of them, while they took turns urinating on her. Then they cut off her breasts and put chemicals in her mouth then murdered her.”

Where are Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson? Where is the NAACP? I have conservative black friends that would shudder at this evil. Where are the liberals though?

When a few white guys allegedly raped a stripper, it turned out to be false. The racists Black Panters were all over the news talking about it. But these two kids were actually murdered and raped, and the national news took a while to even mention it. Remember the sensational coverage of the Duke case? Why not cover this? This is not an everyday occurence.
