“Gospel” of Judas No Gospel at All
Written by commonsensejournal on April 24th, 2006Though this may be quite obvious to some, in the day of Da Vinci Code madness people are liable to believe anything if the mainstream media hype it up enough. The “Gospel” of Judas was not even written by Judas, and it was concocted hundreds of years after the original Gospels were written. Its very “secret knowledge” but is pure hogwash, just another Gnostic book condemned as heresy by the early church. But as Hugh Hewitt points out, it sure does make for good television specials.
